YK began buying real estate in California in 2012, starting with Northern California markets in the Yuba-Sutter region before expanding statewide. Over more than a decade, he has completed over 50 direct cash transactions spanning probate sales, pre-foreclosure purchases, inherited property closings, and distressed-condition acquisitions.
Before founding Fast Home Buyer California, YK worked in enterprise technology and financial consulting at Dell EMC and Deloitte, where he developed the analytical discipline he now applies to property evaluation and risk assessment. He holds a California DRE license (#02006033) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation — credentials that are uncommon in the cash home buying space and that bring a higher standard of transparency to every offer.
